About Terry Ona

Twenty years helping nonprofit organizations navigate the complex legal landscape, unique only to that sector, has taught me about the unbridled strength and perseverance nonprofit professionals and the members in which they serve possess.

 I am a client-focused sole proprietor and passionate nonprofit legal professional. I strive to build one-on-one relationships with my clients benefitting both parties as we partner together. My legal services are highly personalized, on demand, and subject to a select group of clients.

A graduate of DePaul University, a native of Southern California, amateur chef, and a youth soccer coach, I currently reside in Charlotte, NC, with my wife, son and bonus son. I am licensed to practice law in Illinois; Washington, DC; and North Carolina, although some broad range legal issues may not require a license in a specific state.
